With specialisations in Management, Strategy, and Innovation, she has sharpened expertise in organisational dynamics, leadership styles, and team collaboration, key ingredients for driving innovation.

From January 2025, Rachel will also take on an exciting new responsibility by representing Novable in France. We’re confident her adaptability, curiosity, and passion for connecting with forward-thinking organisations will make a lasting impact.
